How we find Calgary renters and keep your investment generating revenue
- The relocation tours, referrals, advertisements, promotion, signs or word of mouth we view the property with a prospective tenant.
- With our help, the prospective tenant completes an “Application To Lease”. This document includes details of the offer.” All pertinent tenant financial information and reference are documented. A cheque for the security deposit (one month’s rent) accompanies the offer.
- Once Residential Leasing Group Inc. receives a clean credit check and follows up with necessary references, you are contacted and the application is presented.
- With approval, a time for the move in is scheduled. Before any furniture moves in or keys are handed out a complete walk-through is done of the property. This inspection is noted and documented on the inspection sheet. The tenant signs the document and the Property Manager will sign on the owner’s behalf. We find the quality of the entry walk through impacts the quality of the exit walk through. Once the tenant vacates the premises at the end of the lease, another walk through with the entry inspection as comparison simplifies the exit and refund of the security deposit.
- The formal Lease is signed, the tenant submits the month’s rent and post-dated cheques for the term of the lease to the representative for Residential Leasing Group Inc. and is given the keys and approval to move in.
- Three months before the end of the lease we contact you to see if you want to continue renting your property. If you agree, 45 to 60 days before the end of the lease, we contact the tenant to find out their intentions. If we do not hear from them, we begin advertising and showing your property 30 days before the end of the lease.
Our goal is to keep your property rented so it is continually generating the maximum revenue for you!
