We stay current with relocation and business trends by connecting with Calgary’s business community through various organizations including the Calgary Chamber of Commerce and Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC), Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Calgary Residential Rental Association (CRRA). As a licensed brokerage under the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) we stay up-to-date with the city and provincial real estate climate. We support Calgary organizations such as Human Resources Association of Calgary (HRAC) through advertising and sponsorship.

Three … Advertising

When you work with the Residential Leasing Group Inc. team you are required to supply a $500 advertising fee. All monies are spent directly on your advertising costs. No administration fees are charged. As soon as your paperwork is complete, we begin advertising your home. Immediately your property is placed on our website.

Other paid advertising venues may vary depending on the type or climate of the market. We have an excellent relationship with them and are able to pass advantages to you directly. We have lower rates with some, extended time with all and the ability to reactivate at lower rates.

For Calgary houses and townhouses and some condos depending on condo regulations we are able to use window signs or real estate-type signs in front of the property. This is extremely effective with the “drive the neighbourhood” crowd and we often receive calls saying, “I am standing in front of this place …”

As well we have introduced vacant properties to relocation professionals and companies through email, special mail-outs and other avenues required at that time.

Four … Our Corporate Relocation Service

Residential Leasing Group Inc. began as a corporate relocation service and we continue to be a relocation service for a selected number of Calgary companies. In this role we prepare and escort new incoming relocation individuals and families on city, housing, education and cultural orientation tours at the request of their hosting company.

The corporate relocation service is an excellent avenue to understand the requirements of corporations and keep a clear and open channel of communication between Residential Leasing Group Inc. and Calgary business.
