After three decades of operational and management experience in public and private companies ranging from the gas and oil industry to hotels and government tourism, Ron decided to create a company grounded with his values of integrity, trust, professionalism and exceptional service.

Leaving the corporate world behind him, Ron completed the provincial brokerage requirements and embraced his present role of owner, president and broker of Residential Leasing Group Inc., a real estate brokerage dedicated exclusively to property management.

As hands-on ownership is the underpinning of Residential Leasing Group Inc., Ron personally views and approves all executive properties for the company’s niche portfolio to ensure his high standards are always met.

To support his vision for the company, Ron has assembled a team of professionals whose work ethics and values match his. He created the unique industry structure of One Point Of Contact© property management ensuring direct communication and prompt service for property owners and tenants at all times.

Ron is constantly fine-tuning the company’s “best practices” with the help of a business coach, surveys from tenants and owners, and many other business enhancement sources to uphold the position of Residential Leasing Group Inc. as a leading property management brokerage in Calgary.
